Workspace Settings at /settings is where you review your account and workspace, set appearance preferences, and manage Brand Profiles. Some tabs are marked Preview — the controls are visible but disabled because the feature is not available yet.
Open Settings from the workspace name menu in the sidebar (Workspace Settings) or from the Settings sidebar item.
Tabs
The page is organized into tabs shown in a side list:
- General — profile, workspace, appearance, and connected accounts.
- Brand Profiles — create, edit, switch, and delete the brand scopes inside your workspace.
- Team Members — members and invitations (Preview).
- Signatures — post footers (Preview).
- Notifications — notification preferences (Preview).
- API & Keys — developer credentials (Preview).
You can link directly to a tab, for example /settings?tab=profiles.
General
Profile
Shows your name, email, role, and plan tier as registered on your Meltiply account. These fields are read-only — editing profile identity is not available yet.
Workspace
Shows the name of the organization your session is working in. This is also read-only here.
Appearance & Language
- Theme — Light or Dark. Applies immediately.
- Language — English or Español.
Both preferences apply immediately and are stored on this device — they do not follow your account to other devices or browsers.
Scheduling Defaults (Preview)
Shows the default publishing timezone. Scheduled slots currently use UTC; per-workspace timezone preferences are not yet available.
Connected Accounts
A summary list of the social channels connected to the workspace, each with its status: Connected, Reconnect (the authorization needs refreshing), or Disabled. Manage the connections themselves on the Channels page.
Brand Profiles
Brand Profiles are named, color-labeled scopes inside your workspace that own channels, media assets, and posts — useful for separating brands or clients.
Everyone can see the list and Switch the active Brand Profile for their session. Workspace admins can also:
- New Brand Profile / Edit — set the name, a short description, and a palette color.
- Delete — permanently deletes the Brand Profile along with its channels, assets, and posts. The confirmation warns this cannot be undone: a profile removed through Delete is deleted immediately and does not come back through Restore.
- Admins may also see a Deleted Brand Profiles section listing profiles awaiting permanent removal. Restore on a listed profile reactivates the profile itself — its channels stay disconnected and its posts are not revived, so channels need to be reconnected from Channels.
Team Members (Preview)
Shows you as the current member with your role. Invite Teammate is visible but disabled — team invitations and role management are not yet available in the app.
Signatures (Preview)
A tab for reusable post footers (hashtags, disclaimers). The template field and Save button are disabled — signature storage is not yet available.
Notifications (Preview)
The tab shows toggles for an email publishing digest and failure/disconnect alerts. Delivery is not yet available; the preferences shown are illustrative defaults.
API & Keys (Preview)
Reserved for developer credentials. No API keys can be generated yet — programmatic API access is not yet available.
